  2. Great update Mr. Hedlund. Looking forward to more.
  3. It's a great idea for displaying your work. (I'm hoping my comment creates p150 !!!).
  4. Excellent work Dave. Excellent. I'm sure the headers will turn out great, like all the rest.
  5. Superb work John. It all looks so good. Question - do you put any kind of clear over the Alclad parts before adding the dirty wash ? Have you used any enamel based wash over Alclad like AK Interactive ?
  6. John - what awesome work you do. Looking great. I am honored to be a small part of your project. Can't wait to see more.
  7. Any more work on this build Stump ??
  8. Are any of the resin casters offering the latest body style ??
  9. Thanks Bill. I appreciate the honesty. I will continue to research pics on the web and in magazines. I have a Viper IRS that I was thinking of putting under a '72 GTO, but was also considering a Halibrand type rear.
  10. That is such a classic FE car. Love it. Looking forward to more. There's also a great article about it in the Jan. '13 issue of Hot Rod.
  11. Looks great Tyrone. More please.
  12. I haven't searched this entire Tips, Tricks, etc for this topic, but I would like to learn how to set up a different rearend on a car. For instance, set up an independent rear for a kit that came with a solid axle or vice versa. Or set up a Halibrand rear. Where should the mounting points be ? Which rears use coilovers ? Swaybars ? I would like info for converting 70s to the present cars to any of the mentioned rearends. I appreciate any help.
  13. Good info. Thanks.
  14. Great info Dave. Thanks for sharing. I've never seen one of those pumps up close.
  15. Excellent job so far. I would never attempt hand painting those numbers' outline myself.
  16. An excellent issue.
  17. I agree with Henry that these are very helpful updates. Thank you for showing us all the details.
  18. Looking great young man. Excellent progress.
  19. You're on the right track Chris. Making the top of those fender vents parallel to the fender will do it. The 1:1 pics are definitely distorted. Just look at the ceiling and balcony curvature. Looking forward to more updates.
  20. Another excellent job Bruce. Excellent.
  21. I could be wrong but I think the curvature that was mentioned is due to the distortion of the image from the lens. No ? Yes ?
  22. Great work.
  23. Looks great. More, more.
  24. Just finished this thread.................WOW...................phenomenal work John.
