  1. Nice to see a lower-line 4dr getting some love. Cool car.
  2. Not knowing knots can result in falls, lost loads, or things just blowing away.
  3. Avoid the truth at all cost, and never let it influence your opinions.
  4. "Quarts" is one of those concepts that's disappearing from common-knowledge, like telling time on a round analog clock, and making change.
  5. Noise from TV inevitably includes hysterical advertising of "medical" products that have more creepy side-effects than benefits.
  6. Bill Gates isn't a doctor, and he doesn't even play one on TV.

Can't even sit at the keyboard for more than a couple minutes. Sometimes it goes away as quickly as it comes on, sometimes it lasts for days. Not a good time for this...
  15. I seem to recall he was in Europe for a while...
  16. Hoist by his own petard, he was.
  17. Twice trusting Lucy not to move the football proves you're an idjit, Charlie Brown. https://slate.com/culture/2014/10/the-history-of-lucys-pulling-the-football-away-from-charlie-brown-in-peanuts.html
  18. Road trips are good for clearing cobwebs out of your head and carbon out of your combustion chambers.
  19. "Too much of nothing can make a man feel ill at ease..."
  20. Which is why I've always preferred the '55-'56, but I still think the '57 is beautiful just the way it is.
  21. Funny...I've always thought it was one of the most perfectly styled and proportioned cars on the planet. Kinda one of the reasons "improvements" almost never are.
  22. Generally, "Improved Touring" is a category of classifications of cars in amateur road racing defined by the Sports Car Club of America.
  23. City nights in low-key, sophisticated, well dressed, articulate and urbane companionship are a thing of the distant past.
