Greg Myers Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 (edited) Does this mean we're done with the military motif ? Edited March 15, 2015 by Greg Myers
Ace-Garageguy Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 (edited) And the fish on the hood signifies the bass-boat he shot down to get the aluminum to build it, right? Edited March 15, 2015 by Ace-Garageguy
Snake45 Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Does this mean we're done with the military motif ? That is just sick and wrong on so many levels I don't even know where to start. Yes, I do: The national star is on upside down, a rather obvious, glaring error.
unclescott58 Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 (edited) Other than the fish and the upside down star, I kind of like it. not as cool as Foose's P-32. But not bad either. Scott Edited March 15, 2015 by unclescott58
Greg Myers Posted March 15, 2015 Author Posted March 15, 2015 Just as bad, It ain't no P-40! I don't care how many "Styling Cues" you add to it.
GLMFAA1 Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 I love the how the machine guns are mounted to shot the front tires, I would like to see the interior with the pedals and stick controls UGH greg

Ace-Garageguy Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 (edited) Teacher, teacher !!! I know the answer. You remember all those Chinese kit-tooling designers that are always being blamed for flaws in the models because they've "never seen a real one"? Well, this is a warbird-influenced hot-rod built by guys who've never seen a real hot-rod or a real warbird. Maybe Revell will kit it. Our Asian brothers shouldn't have any problem getting this one "good enuf". PS. At least if you pull the silly nose off of Foose's thing, you still have a pretty nice car. All you've got with the OP vehicle is scrapmetal. Edited March 15, 2015 by Ace-Garageguy
Snake45 Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Well, this is a warbird-influenced hot-rod built by guys who've never seen a real hot-rod or a real warbird. Well said!
Harry P. Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 I love the how the machine guns are mounted to shot the front tires,\ Too funny! And perfect proof of how idiotic this thing is.
GLMFAA1 Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 Thank goodness the vets stopped with the drop tanks when they built the salt flat racers after the war greg
unclescott58 Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 I'm telling you, you need to see the Foose car painted. It then looks right to me. Scott
slusher Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 I like Chips work but really not a big fan of the one pictured...
oldnslow Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 Nope, I'm afraid the shark caught whatever that started out to be and this is what came out his back side.
Draggon Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 That would qualify for the shuttle of shame all by itself
Greg Myers Posted March 16, 2015 Author Posted March 16, 2015 I'm telling you, you need to see the Foose car painted. It then looks right to me. Scott Got a picture? Show us.
Joe Handley Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 = Totally stupid. Actually.......it's a racecar!
