Greg K Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 nice work Eric. did you scratch build the sign, or was it a kit?
vincen47 Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 That is really cool. Yes, tell us more about the sign please.
Mooneyzs Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 What a very cool diorama. Man that Vegas sign and base are a work of art, as well as the Caddy!!
Tukkerdax Posted October 29, 2015 Author Posted October 29, 2015 Thank you all. Answering some questions: The sign is completely scratchbuild. I only used a blueprint 1:25 from the sign. I ordered somewhere from the internet. some pictures:

misterNNL Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 I enlarged the sign photo and the plans are from Model Junkyard in the Netherlands. They also offer plans in several scales for other signs as well as plans for a vintage service station and a vintage wooden barn for those "barn find"models in your collection.
