fairlane1320 Posted November 5, 2015 Posted November 5, 2015 I've always been fascinated in the ultra-rare '66 GT350 convertible. So I recently picked up a decent '66 convertible that someone had already partially Shelby-ized. I figured I would repaint it Poppy Red or and add either white or gold stripes, white interior maybe. Sapphire Blue and Emberglo are on the radar as well, a Hertz edition would be cool too. But, my plans got sidetracked today........
fairlane1320 Posted November 5, 2015 Author Posted November 5, 2015 Maybe my dogs are trying give me a subtle hint....spend less time modeling and more time with them?
oldcarfan Posted November 5, 2015 Posted November 5, 2015 That's tough. I bet they are off Santa's good list.
Renegade Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 After the same experience (although not as bad) with the newest member of the pack I learned to close the model room door when I leave. Hope you find another car to continue the build. Looks like a few parts can be saved.
cobraman Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 A little glue, a little putty and a couple hours and your back in business ! Maybe not. Too bad, looked like a cool project.
Deathgoblin Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 GAHH! Sorry to see that! Hopefully you can put a lock, or at least a door, on your work room.

I never dreamed the dogs would do this. Very weird!I'm shopping for a replacement vert now.
StevenGuthmiller Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 It's funny, I see a lot of guys seem to have trouble with animals & models. I've had a myriad of pets over the years & have never had a dog or cat show the slightest interest in my hobby.........sort of like the rest of my family! I do keep my shop door closed though to keep out our current cat who sheds heavily! I don't need her hair in my paint jobs!! Steve
