RandyB. Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 (edited) Been trying for two years to get this one done and finally finished it last night. Decals are from Keith Marks since the ones in the kit didn't appeal to me and lacked detail. Edited December 21, 2015 by RandyB.
Jmaracing Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 Awesome z28. One of my favorite cars. This kit brings back memories. Thanks for sharing?
Greg Pugh Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 Very nice! I've been kicking around the notion of building one of these cars here lately.
Rob Hall Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 Saw this on Facebook w/ your other one. Very sharp builds.
bogger44 Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 As always Randy, very nice work. I like that color combo!
KWT Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 That's a slick camaro... good job! Thanks for sharing.
Mr Stock Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Very nice build Randy, as always, Id love to find one of these kits
Bob Ellis Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Randy, what is the difference between the two black Camaros? Different years?
drodg Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Randy once again you motivate me to better model building. Great Job.
RandyB. Posted December 21, 2015 Author Posted December 21, 2015 Randy, what is the difference between the two black Camaros? Different years? Thanks guys! Bob the Camaro in the foreground is a 1979 and my new build in the back is a 1980.
Mustang Madness Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Cool build Randy! thanks for posting
Maindrian Pace Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Wow, such a nice, clean build (both of them) on a kit not known for being particularly cooperative. One of the kids in high school (early '80s) had a similar car, a black '78 Z28 with '79 stripes. He was really proud of those stripes! And also of the Cal-Custom chrome dress-up kit on the otherwise stock engine, because that's what a HS kid can afford to do. Ditching math class for a burger run to McDonald's... memories...
