I'll have to look at my VW kit and check that roof scoop. ?

It is the roof scoop, I just fitted one to a tamiya bug decklid. The side scoops dont have the flatter centre section and are rounded on every surface

Very wide (four-place) bench seat, molded in red. Was thinking JO-HAN Cadillac Ambulance/Rescue, but O don't think it's from that kit.

White bench seat from Revell '64 Chevy Fleetside for comparison:

That seat is probably from one of the 1/20 scale MPC Ford Club Wagon kits ('70 or '71 passenger versions).

Thanks, Mark, that looks like a match:

A few more I could use help identifying.

Roof section for a '63-'67 Corvette?:

Top, AMT Tuff Truck grille? #3 looks early Mustang custom-ish. #4 looks early Camaro like. I think #6, the fender, is for the Multi-Maverick?:

Second piece from the top in your group pic looks like the custom front pan for the MPC '74 Duster (mine isn't nearby to verify though).

The square custom grille (73 Cougar?) is from the AMT '65 Lincoln hardtop (maybe the convertible too?)

Thanks. Never would have guessed that, as there appears to be a leaping/pouncing large cat at the top right. ?

Thank you.

I think that first roof section might be from the 1961 SMP or 1962 AMT Corvette annuals.

Thanks, I'll have to do some online sleuthing.

The roof piece is from the AMT '62 Corvette hardtop (annual) Stylizing kit.  It wasn't in the convertible annual kit, and of course not in any of the reissues.  There were clear panels that fit the notched areas, and those had pins that allowed them to swing up.

That was the only hardtop included in that kit.  A stock one wasn't included.  So, if you bought the '62 Corvette hardtop annual kit, and built the stock version, you ended up with a convertible, same as the convertible kit...which you could have bought for half a buck less in '62.

The black sunvisor is from the early '90s AMT Ford pickups. IIRC, it was in all the versions. The bumper/ribbed panel 2 above it is the custom rear piece from an AMT '73 Mustang, possibly the '71 and '72 also but I'm not sure.

Looks like '67-'69 Barracuda, maybe. Probably.

Definitely. The outer ends of that bumper tab are rather unique. Looks like an exact match:

Sure, looks like a Pinto dash. I think it even says Pinto on the passenger side.

It does, but I wasn't sure on the year range.

A few more. Engine support/wishbone for a VW Beetle flat four? Looks AMT light blue in color, measures ~3/4" x 3/4":

99.9% the dog is from the AMT/Ertl issue '57 Fairlane, but the (half) figure? Color looks the same, but maybe from a different kit?

Yep - the vent window post molded flush with the door IDs it (plus I don't recall any other Beetle kits with opening doors?).

Thanks. I think I acquired the hood from the same source, too, so it makes sense they'd both be from the same kit.

Looks the same as the 74 dash…

Looks like the same basic dash was used from '71-'78 on Pintos.
