StevenGuthmiller Posted December 14, 2016 Posted December 14, 2016 While it's looking increasingly unlikely that I'll finish my '62 Chrysler before the first of the year, I guess I'll just have to settle for the trio that I managed to finish in the past year. I'm a little disappointed in myself as I usually manage at least a half dozen in a years time, but in defense, that usually includes a couple of curbside builds. I spent a little more time in the drive train department this year. If I do manage to finish my '62, I'll update this thread. Steve
slusher Posted December 14, 2016 Posted December 14, 2016 May only be 3 Steve but you do beautiful work with high quality as all 3 above..
Dodge Driver Posted December 14, 2016 Posted December 14, 2016 Quality over quantity! Each car is a gem in itself. That's three more built than I have for the last ten years, to say nothing of 2016!
peekay Posted December 14, 2016 Posted December 14, 2016 Three is a big number when the models are so beautifully built. Three of the year's best IMHO.
JerseyRed Posted December 14, 2016 Posted December 14, 2016 They look great overall but you do an EXCELLENT job with the paint work.
PARTSMARTY Posted December 14, 2016 Posted December 14, 2016 Absolutely amazing builds-quality and great subject matter-WOW !!!
gtx6970 Posted December 14, 2016 Posted December 14, 2016 Quality is top shelf though. I'll give you that.Only reason I got all mine done is I work from home in the winter. so I tend to take a few days off here and there and work on models . (eases the mind ) Ive got 3 bodies sitting here painted, and my Superbird build is stalled due to lack of enthusiasm .Been tinkering with an AMT 59 Galaxie convertible annual instead. So chances are it'll proceed the fastest .
espo Posted December 14, 2016 Posted December 14, 2016 Three beautiful builds. It does take time to build at this level.
RestoModGuy Posted December 14, 2016 Posted December 14, 2016 Wow! You are a true craftsman, just spectacular builds
bbowser Posted December 14, 2016 Posted December 14, 2016 I'm blown away by your work Steve. Outstanding paint and foil, plus I love your subject matter. Keep them coming in 2017!
Fanof69 Posted December 15, 2016 Posted December 15, 2016 WOW!! All I can say is X2 what everyone else said.
rickcaps55 Posted December 15, 2016 Posted December 15, 2016 Hi all 3 are awesome but the coronet is out standing that is one of the best I have seen in a long time.!!
Lunajammer Posted December 15, 2016 Posted December 15, 2016 It's not the quantity, it's the quality. Beautiful work and as always, interesting subjects.
geetee66 Posted December 15, 2016 Posted December 15, 2016 Perfect. My favourite is the middle one. The red paint looks awesome. Could easily fool someone into thinking it was 1:1
