Over the past week or so I saw a lot of Cobra's posted. Made me want to build another one (last build was about 15-16 year's ago). Here are the details - Exterior: Duplicolor white and Duplicolor clear. Not buffed out. Interior and Chassis: Duplicolor Flat Black Primer. The kit provided hollow tires really are bad. Sourced tires from the parts box and managed to get them tucked into the wheel wells. Looks much better in my opinion. Built out of box.

Since the photo's taken I added a dash mounted rear view mirror and a rear license plate.

Comments welcome.

Beautiful! Love this kit, the "slab sides, before Cobras grew bulges everywhere.

Did you have many "issues" with the chassis?

Comment please.

When I built one recently I had an issue with the chassis and body coming together.  I ended up using epoxy to hold it all together.

Sure did. I had trimmed the rear leaf spring (where it attaches to the body) to get it fit flush. I also had to sand down the interior bucket cowl slightly.  Once trimmed the fit was much better . One of the quirks of the kit. Oh..,,and i could never get that hood "latch" to ever work correctly so I didn't use it. Hope this helps.
