YBlock292 Posted March 27, 2018 Posted March 27, 2018 1958 Ford TBird (Revell-Monogram), mildly customized.
Oldcarfan27 Posted March 27, 2018 Posted March 27, 2018 Oooo, thassnice! The color is very period correct. And I really like the matching interior. What color is that? I want to use it on a mustang I'm doing.
YBlock292 Posted March 27, 2018 Author Posted March 27, 2018 Thank You guys! Patrick: Exterior color is Tamiya light sand metallic (TS 700), interior color ist wooden deck tan (TS 68), both rattle cans.
Geno Posted March 27, 2018 Posted March 27, 2018 Ludwig, that is outstanding. Great job on a beautiful Squarebird.
Sledsel Posted March 27, 2018 Posted March 27, 2018 I like it.... A lot!!! How you tint that windshield?
YBlock292 Posted March 28, 2018 Author Posted March 28, 2018 Thanks! I tinted the windshield with "clear blue" (can) by Tamiya. But I never mask the lower section of the windshield for a realistic look of that stripe, so You have to pay attention not to apply too much of that clear blue. Best way is to train on a clear part You don't need anymore to get used to it.

espo Posted March 28, 2018 Posted March 28, 2018 Great looking build. I have never seen that paint color before, will have to consider it in the future. The interior details look well with the exterior, and you just can't go wrong with the Olds Fiesta Hub Caps. Oldsmobile owners could not keep them on their cars back in the day. They would just disappear over night, thus the name "Midnight Auto Supply" was born.
donb Posted March 29, 2018 Posted March 29, 2018 Beautiful paint work, nicely detailed interior, nice foil and great stance. Super sharp car all around. Well done Sir!
