tuffone20 Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 I built this kit for our club theme which was for Lindberg kits and it was a last minute decision to build it and I had less then 3 weeks to get it finished. Paint is Scale Finishes Light Turquoise for the body and the interior is Indian Turquoise. The wheels are Fireball Modelworks Mopar Steelers with dog dish hubcaps.
OldTrucker Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 That is sweet looking! Takes me back to simpler times with cool looking cars!
High octane Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Very nice build on that Dodge. If I'm not mistaken I had won my very first model car trophy with one of those kits back in the mid-60's. Wish I still had that model and the trophy also. I threw out most all of my model car trophies last year.
PARTSMARTY Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 I love it and i love mopars.I have several projects of that car. !!!
TooOld Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Nice !!! That color and those wheels work perfectly !

tuffone20 Posted June 23, 2018 Author Posted June 23, 2018 Thanks everyone!! It was fun to build and this one has the 383 in it. I’m going to build another one with a Slant 6 soon.
Lunajammer Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Love the plain Janes. You got a lot done in a short amount of time and it turned out very nice. Well done.
BeakDoc Posted June 24, 2018 Posted June 24, 2018 Really clean, classy build. I appreciate the perfect match of Mopar engine turquoise on the motor. Did you mix that yourself?

christian-w Posted June 25, 2018 Posted June 25, 2018 This is what I'd liked to aks: do you have the slant 6 in it. You answered the question with the additional pictures. Good. It looks good all over. The color is good for the car. I printed mine a little darker blue with the slant 6 I like this model kit. When I remember building mine, there were no issues or problems with it. A good one! Like it
