Bainford Posted July 24, 2018 Posted July 24, 2018 Very impressive work. I am very interested in observing your process.
Ace-Garageguy Posted July 24, 2018 Posted July 24, 2018 Looks great so far. An ambitious project, for sure, but you seem to be up to it. Interesting, unusual subject, too. I also approve of laying out the interior and developing space for occupants first. I usually do the same thing, on models as well as full-size vehicles.

Thanks, Bill, to me it seemed the logical way to do it. Its way easier to adjust things AROUND a good base, then to do it in reverse, also kinda like not building a house right, if you don't have a good foundation, the rest will suffer.
Codi Posted July 24, 2018 Posted July 24, 2018 You're certainly off to an excellent start Dann. Cheers, tim
Ich_Will Posted July 25, 2018 Posted July 25, 2018 Another great one from Dann! If you decide to do a resin kit from this, I’d likely sell a kidney to get in on that. Lol. Keep up the fantastic work.
NYLIBUD Posted July 25, 2018 Posted July 25, 2018 Wow,I have never heard of,or seen this car.Very cool ride.

Funny you should say that, because the list of people interested in this as a resin kit is growing!.....I think I will totally build it so that I can do that for people who want it.

FabbricaP Posted July 30, 2018 Posted July 30, 2018 Looking great so far Dann. Those taillights look like they come straight off a SL!

89AKurt Posted August 26, 2018 Posted August 26, 2018 My kind of subject Dann! I knew about this, as well as the previous version developed by a tuner house named "bb". I have a book with pictures, I should share somehow. I will be watching this for sure, since I have dreams of doing a Panther 6, after I try a C111 starting with this:

Just when I was ready to build again, we had a family emergency, so I needed to go on a family extraction mission. I really hope nothing more comes up....I miss building. By the way, I love those kits you pictured!!...a Panther would be great!!, and I doubt that anyone has heard of it.
