landman Posted August 7, 2018 Posted August 7, 2018 I see they reissued this. Is the OHC engine in there the Pontiac one or a figment of someone's imagination?
unclescott58 Posted August 8, 2018 Posted August 8, 2018 Tough finding a 1/25 scale car small enough in the back of the truck.

I love the Petty Turbine/Nascar Car and matching Daytona Transport done up like that. And Sven's models are all that nice. He has done several other cool and beautiful concepts over the years. I've drooled over his work on his website more than a few times.

iamsuperdan Posted August 8, 2018 Posted August 8, 2018 So, did this thing actually exist in 1:1? I did some searching, haven't found anything.

I bought one when it was re-issued thinking it would make a cool transporter for something interesting, but it's 1:1 engineering is quite weak and as a 1:1 concept it is unfeasible. I don't have sufficient interest in the kit to correct the engineering (which would likely require converting to conventional steering) so it's in my 'For Sale' pile, now. dustym Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 I have purchased an original issue a few years ago, and it also included an insert of the bottom of the engine so you didn't have to put the engine in it.
