restoman Posted November 28, 2018 Posted November 28, 2018 The first one I've finished in months. The body is molded in purple but was pretty transparent so I back-sprayed the underside of the body for a more even look. This was fun to build - except for that exhaust - and the first one finished in my new basement work area. The body and pan both have a twist to them so the top doesn't quite sit right, but it looks good enough for the girl I go out with. I need better lighting in my photo area... Coments always welcome!
Snake45 Posted November 28, 2018 Posted November 28, 2018 Molded in purple flake? Huh. Looks pretty sharp, though.
MrObsessive Posted November 28, 2018 Posted November 28, 2018 One type of vehicle I've NEVER built a model of........I love it! Now you've just given me an idea for a future WIP!
Classicgas Posted November 28, 2018 Posted November 28, 2018 Very cool. My top didn't fit any better.
1930fordpickup Posted November 28, 2018 Posted November 28, 2018 You just need to add sand. NIce work.
donb Posted November 28, 2018 Posted November 28, 2018 These are fun builds for sure. And you did a great job on it too. Love that flake.
mustang1989 Posted November 28, 2018 Posted November 28, 2018 Good job working with the molded color. Awesome look and turn out.
espo Posted November 28, 2018 Posted November 28, 2018 Looks like you were able to fix all it's ills. I like the Sand Tires on the rear. looks nice with the top on.
