Dave B Posted July 26, 2019 Posted July 26, 2019 Had this for ages but put it together whilst doing my Shelby De Tomaso P70 sports racer. Wheels & tyres from parts box, engine is the 4 pot OHV conversion from Revell '31 Model A Ford. Painted in plumb nail polish. Basic kit but looks reasonable. Tks for looking Dave B
Cpt Tuttle Posted July 26, 2019 Posted July 26, 2019 Nice hot rod, looks right in my eyes, I like phaetons.
Jantrix Posted July 26, 2019 Posted July 26, 2019 I have the same kit and I'm itching to get to it. Yours looks terrific. Nice work.
Dennis Lacy Posted August 4, 2019 Posted August 4, 2019 This is one of those kits that seems to seldom get built. Looks cool with the rodded 'banger in it!

Dave B Posted August 6, 2019 Author Posted August 6, 2019 This folks, was a fun build of an old kit Dave B
Eric Macleod Posted August 8, 2019 Posted August 8, 2019 No matter what you do with it, this kit builds into a nice model. I like yours a lot!
Rocking Rodney Rat Posted August 9, 2019 Posted August 9, 2019 Nice work! The white running boards and the wheel/tyre combo give it a '60s vibe.... -RRR
alan barton Posted August 10, 2019 Posted August 10, 2019 (edited) All those early Monogram hot rod kits are great and I love the treatment you have given your tub. Colour combo is righteous! Cheers Alan Edited August 10, 2019 by alan barton
