So, do you guys believe me when I say my wife used my computer to shop for clothes??

No I don't, that's just a terrible excuse. And actually I doubt that any of those clothes will look good on you but the most important part is that you like it yourself......

In case anyone cares,  I once again got the weed ad, even though I had previously clicked dont show this ad again.

I was getting it earlier in the week as part of an e-Bay ad.

I have many times before clicked on the "not show this again" button on ads and they have come back again almost immediately. I don't think that works.

I have been getting the ad for brand new 1966 and 1968 Mustangs.  I clicked on it.  The '66 GT Convertible starts at $178,000!  ?

I'd consider that an obscene advertisement!

Forgot to mention that the "banner" ads are so big, I can't see the calendar and birthdays in the right column. As soon as the ads load, the whole right column disappears. Chrome on a Samsung 10.1 tablet.

The entire world is getting weirder and weirder (and yes I know that every generation says that), but I really think this time things are different (weirder in much greater degree than it was happening in the past).

Me, after my wife wondered what I was looking at ?

Here it is the other way, my wife is looking at stuff like that and I'm wondering what she is doing?
But why are the ads dividing the page?

Is there anyway to move them so that they are not in the middle of everything?

Dave, I am sorry to say that the ads are getting to be too much.

I got an ad for the Squatty Potty for kids.

Also there are 3-4 ads per page on a thread.

Is there a way to reduce the ads and not lose too much revenue?

I might have to start using an ad blocker.

Wow. We already block those, but clearly someone has gamed the system.

Let me see what I can do.

That questionable ad is for Erectile Dysfunction remedy. Most of us here (at least age wise) fit their target audience. Unfortunately. :-(

This new Google ad system is just a fiasco. The Drag Racing section got blacklisted as adult content by their automated system.
Back when the Internet was young and frisky, a common insult was referring to someone as a “buggy AI program.” Now that moniker is more apropos than ever.

Drag Racing is "Adult Content"! Because all other racing is Childs Play! ?

Well it looks like Dave got rid of the ed ads. I have noticed that the browser also does have an impact on what is seen. I use google chrome on my tablet and safari on my iphone.  Im the only one using the phone and tablet but the ads seem to be targeted differently.

For some reason my phone was getting targeted by a clothing outfield named asanti. I got tired of seeing the drugged out male model and clicked  don't show the ad any more. MIst of the ads seem to cycle but this ad was stuck at the top of page for more than a week.
