PatW Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 Yes Dann thanks. We are out walking to a local supermarket each day to buy fresh vegetables and a newspaper and continue to walk through the town and a park and back home. So social distancing and excercise and shopping all in one. The rules here specify just one hour away from home which is about right and about 2 miles in distance. It's good at present because the weather is warm(for the UK anyway) at about 20C and very sunny. You stay safe as well. We only had a 25 year old man on TV leaving hospital after having Covid-19 saying that it doesn't matter what age you are it can still be dangerous and in some cases fatal. We were originally told that the elderly were most at risk but children as young as 5 have died. In the England today we have exceeded 10,000 deaths!

Dann Tier Posted May 15, 2020 Author Posted May 15, 2020 (edited) FINALLY a new update here, Joe!!! -Photo 1&2; The interior is now all done!...since i dont like chrome, i just used Tamiya chrome silver for an AutoMeter look. -Photo 3; To simulate carbon ceramic rotors, i started with Hotrod Gray primer, followed by a black wash...graphite powder rubbed in...painted calipers, and Titanium Gold centers with a light warsh. I didnt want to usual chrome/silver steering wheel center, but it looked too boring, so i decided to paint the wood grain wheel -still unsure about the center. -Photo 4-7; Everything minus the wheels/tyres are glued together now. I still need to SB differential covers. -Photo 5; I did a light wash of medium gray to the wheels for that cast "all business" look. -Photo 8&9; I decided to do a bit more weathering than usual on this build ** Coming up next...brake, fuel, and coolant lines. oldrevellfan Posted May 15, 2020 Posted May 15, 2020 I never imagine that the suspension on this car was so silly !

Dan is missing the radius rods both on the front and rear on his chassis. There should be a four bar front set up on the front, which essentially creates something like A-arms on the front.
