Gerald Haney Posted February 26, 2020 Posted February 26, 2020 I’ve just finished this one last week. It’s been a long four month build for me. Lots of scratch work, lots of build stuff 3 an 4, and twelve times to get it all right...lol scratch built frame, drive shaft, fuel cell, exhaust, rear suspension, battery tray, inner fenders, ladder rack, cab bottom, modified bed tubs, trans tunnel ZMan wheels, ls3 and tank and compressors, ladders, all 3D printed. 1
iamsuperdan Posted February 26, 2020 Posted February 26, 2020 That looks awesome. Absolutely love your wheel choice.
Plowboy Posted February 26, 2020 Posted February 26, 2020 That is one COOL looking old Chevy truck! Really like the weathering and all of the added details! Nice work!
espo Posted February 26, 2020 Posted February 26, 2020 Amazing amount of work went into the chassis, body & paint, and so many different aspects of this build. Using the body pretty much leaves everything else is still in the box.
Koellefornia Kid Posted February 27, 2020 Posted February 27, 2020 That is a very nice build, Gerald! Great work on the chassis, engine, wheels and stance are super nice and the weathering looks plausible! Like it very much!
Jantrix Posted February 27, 2020 Posted February 27, 2020 Wow. That is really pretty slick. Very nice work.
stavanzer Posted February 27, 2020 Posted February 27, 2020 It sits WAY TOO high, and the wheels are too small! Other than that, great work, and that scratch built Bed Rack is killer.
89AKurt Posted February 28, 2020 Posted February 28, 2020 Can appreciate all the work you put into it! Nice to see another C10 get built too.
thatz4u Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 When I saw your name on the post, I just had to look.....wow...fantastic work
Gerald Haney Posted March 12, 2020 Author Posted March 12, 2020 Thank you everyone for the comments and encouragement. I appreciate it!
carrucha Posted March 14, 2020 Posted March 14, 2020 Cool truck. Very impressive scratch building. Very good job on the weathering. Very realistic, not over the top. The lunch box is a nice touch.
