Plowboy Posted August 29, 2020 Posted August 29, 2020 I built this a few years ago. It's a $5 toy I picked up at Walmart. I started by gutting the toy chassis and electronics. I made a plate chassis out of .040 styrene. I shaved the body and added a rear rolled pan. Then, I covered it with Tamiya Gold, drew and cut my masks and shot Tamiya Metallic Orange and clear over it. Pegasus 23" T's and disc brakes finish it off. Thanx for checking it out!
espo Posted August 29, 2020 Posted August 29, 2020 Great looking Sport Truck. I like the colors you used and the wheels look good.

Plowboy Posted September 13, 2020 Author Posted September 13, 2020 Thanx guys, I appreciate the comments! To me, this generation Chevy pickup was the best looking one they made since '87.
