David G. Posted April 14, 2024 Posted April 14, 2024 Here's my next subject of interest. The multi-piece body will pose a challenge but it doesn't look like it will be too bad. David G. 5

Lowered the windows on the body. Shorten the frame, rebuilt the interior, seats from the parts box, engine from a Revell Ivo Showboat dragster, headers are being reworked from an MPC Outcast kit. @Rocking Rodney Rat 2

magicmustang Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 (edited) Here's my attempt at a Wonder Wagon Vega panel funny Car. Started with the body from The AMT 1976 Vega panel funny car (going for a '74 model verses a '72). Got some Vega side panel parts (thanks to Rocking Rodney Rat) and stretched the body 1/2 inch. Then stretched the wheelbase another 3/8th inch. A whole lot of putty and sanding. Engine, tires, chassis and interior tin are from an MPC Soapy Sales Challenger kit. Decals are on the way.
