Hope everyone is doing good! I’ve had this kit in the stash for a long time so I figured it’s time. I love these Ramchargers from that era. I think they were great looking trucks! In the late 80’s, my neighbor down the street bought one just like this and it was MINT. So I did this one as I remembered it. Tamiya Mica red and Tamiya pure white. Tamiya dull red was used in the interior, with flocking. Plug wires under the hood. BMF trim. I used a vintage set of Monogram Goodyear’s for the raised white letters. Thanks for looking! ?7E3132DC-5DFA-4257-AF79-C63251D7B89F.thumb.jpeg.bdc7145c703e613625fb2b1d680ed2c4.jpeg94B99A64-013E-4EAB-90DB-8703C7083B27.thumb.jpeg.fb5ebaaa0ca00c2431d9728fb051d12c.jpeg058339BE-05F1-4B70-854F-64018100133B.thumb.jpeg.10cd8d20b4dbcad59e732fac7fdd37cf.jpeg4FD64F73-A06B-405B-96FF-3F1B182AF9EC.thumb.jpeg.f98b85ca2315f99456f009a85f252603.jpegBAB1E0FA-1089-4230-8B52-97B6C672B71E.thumb.jpeg.16b8f621d050081455d836379a2c7220.jpegDBEA8A04-BE26-4E2E-A711-3CB974F26F9F.thumb.jpeg.e6579b58480e0ffcf5503b0bb78a42ad.jpegFDAED7D1-5916-48E8-A166-C1C42757516D.thumb.jpeg.1627d65e490e47ce00d465a37d3c593b.jpeg4FD64F73-A06B-405B-96FF-3F1B182AF9EC.thumb.jpeg.f98b85ca2315f99456f009a85f252603.jpeg

Good job on a Ramcharger. My first real car was a 76 Ram. One detail missing under the hood is the resister on the fire wall that always went bad, I carried a spare in the glove box. Every time I see one I can still hear the 'singing' starter.

Nice job.

Thanks so much guys! It was fun. Yep I can hear that starter too! My grandad bought a new 79 power wagon 150. And yes, I used to keep a spare resistor in my 70 Road runner back in the 90’s lol ?

Beautiful looking finishes and the chrome trim is nice and cleanly done. Not a kit often seen and that's too bad since this looks great.

Thanks espo, it’s not a detailed kit of course, but still looks good in the end I agree! ?

Very nice looking build.  I think I have one in my stash, may have to dig it out.  Just for kicks, what size motor does that represent?

Thanks! I do believe it’s a 360. Looks a tad big for a 318. ??

Me three!   The first thing you checked when the Valiant wouldn't start!   And yea, I always got a kick out of TV shows where sound effects would use a Chrysler starter on another make.
