AMT 1932 Ford Phaeton chassis, engine, grill, headlights, wheels, and front tires.  Body, bed, and top are from the Revell 1929 Ford Truck kit.  Rear tires are AMT Parts pack, the wooden bed slats are from a Monogram kit and the rear wheels have been widened.  Paint is Tamiya AS-19 Intermediate Blue (US NAVY).
Nothin’ too complicated just a lot of fun…Thanks for lookin’?

What a Great looking little Hot Rod.  I love that color and it goes really nice along the black.  That nice touch of yellow on the wooden slates just makes things pop.  Nice job man.

Great clean looking build. Like the flat paint finish with no overdone chrome on the engine. Looks like something someone could build on a budget but still looks great.

Lovely, lovely model. ? And beautifully photographed, too. A measure of the quality is how well it stands up to those merciless closeups, LOL. Is there a W.I.P. for this? The motor is especially nice. Given the level of detail (you even reversed the rims to take the slicks) the only thing missing is brace wires between the firewall and the grill.

I really like your build. The Colour, Stance, and Details, all combine into one seamless package of Early Rodding. Could have come from the pages of The Rodder's Journal.
