AMT 59 cadillac Surf shark (re-purposed)

Not meant to represent a specific vehicle. The AMT kit does not have a real ambulance top since these were higher to give up more head room. I modified it like the later Cadillac models in the seventies. A what if build if you will. Had a lot of fun. Not exactly what I intended but overall I am pleased with the results. The decals are  from different leftovers .

I left the kit's wheels because they look just cool.

Great looking paint work and body trim. The roof height on Ambulance's varied from one manufacturer to another so much, who's to say what is correct and what isn't.

Thanks Bob. I wanted to build an ambulance for a long time. When AMT re issue the kit . I got right to it, took me a while though.
