Mr mopar Posted October 13, 2023 Posted October 13, 2023 At Stevens they show AMT-1421 1/25 Watkins Fruehauf 40' Reefer Semi Trailer MPC-983 1/25 1977 Dodge Warlock Pickup Truck 3 1
mikemodeler Posted October 13, 2023 Posted October 13, 2023 Yep, that Warlock will sell well, been a long time since we have had a 4wd Dodge pickup to build. 2
Luc Janssens Posted October 13, 2023 Posted October 13, 2023 Will be interested in the decals, as I have two originals, and decals at that point in time weren't the strong points of Mpc.

AlbertS Posted March 21, 2024 Posted March 21, 2024 II Really was hoting Moeibus was working there way to the next Ford Pickups in line-which would have been the 73-79, then the one I really want-the 80-86 version. Instead I constantly see this cab offered-another reason I am thinking of going to printing my own 3D files.
Jordan White Posted March 21, 2024 Posted March 21, 2024 Glad to see the F-150 stepside returning, that's the one version I don't have yet!
iBorg Posted March 22, 2024 Posted March 22, 2024 I guess my original 1960 Apache has just lost most of its value.
Dave Van Posted March 22, 2024 Posted March 22, 2024 I'm willing to take a hit on my ZZR kit if AMT wants to reissue it ? 1
Luc Janssens Posted March 22, 2024 Posted March 22, 2024 Always liked the design of this gen Ford F150, a pity Amt/Ertl at the time didn't do the Bronco too. Cheers 1

I'd presume it's a reissue of the one-time only Street Machine version of the 90s tool 1960 Fleetside. Don't believe this has ever been offered again after the 1999 release. 1

Rob Hall Posted March 22, 2024 Posted March 22, 2024 I had forgotten about the custom '60...I only have a couple of the stock ones. Nice to see the FlareSide back.
Jordan White Posted March 22, 2024 Posted March 22, 2024 I wonder what decals they are going to include in the 90s Ford? Also I wonder if the snafu with the Lightning tailgate was a hint that they were rereleasing this kit? ?

I can see the decal page being fairly spartan since the Flareside option limits what the corresponding decal sheet might be, but I hope I'm wrong.

I believe that stems mostly from the fact that the last time the kit tooling had been run it was done as the Flareside and so when they loaded it up on the machine and pressed play it spit out exactly what was loaded into the inserts from the last time. The only difference in the short-bed accessory insert (between the Flareside & Lightning beds) is the width of the tail gate. Nobody in China would necessarily know one tail gate from another in an American Truck that was 30+ years old. Edited March 23, 2024 by niteowl7710

This with the stuff Alberto mentions in his post would be a pretty complete sheet. BTW, those stripes are for color separation of the factory 2-tone paint sceme. 1 1
av405 Posted March 23, 2024 Posted March 23, 2024 Round2 could include some Nite decals as well. Would be accurate since they're marketing the truck as a 1992.

Jordan White Posted June 4, 2024 Posted June 4, 2024 For the 90's F150 Stepside, they just showed it off in the monthly video. Here's the decal sheet for anyone interested, anybody have the original kit to see what is new?
