Yeah Nah Posted January 14, 2024 Posted January 14, 2024 Don't know who originally released this kit but it is truly one of the best engineered I've ever built. Virtually everything fits perfectly. Finished in Raven Black over Flamingo Red. Was a bit hesitant about doing this colour but glad I went with it as I think it really suits the vintage. 8
tim08 Posted January 14, 2024 Posted January 14, 2024 Very nice. Paint and chrome work is stunning. Overall a very nice build sir! 1
TarheelRick Posted January 14, 2024 Posted January 14, 2024 These are excellent kits, some of Lindberg's finest work. You have really brought this one to a superb finish. Smooth paint and that interior is beautiful. This kit has one of the better Flatheads in kit form . 1
Ace-Garageguy Posted January 14, 2024 Posted January 14, 2024 Very nice indeed. Perfect colors for an era when people bought what they liked, rather than "resale silver". These were such friendly looking little cars. I wish I'd bought a real one when I had more money. 1
Hard_2_Handle_454 Posted January 14, 2024 Posted January 14, 2024 Looks beautiful. Good color choice. 1
Mittagskind Posted January 14, 2024 Posted January 14, 2024 (edited) Very nice work. Edited January 14, 2024 by Mittagskind 1
70 Sting Posted January 14, 2024 Posted January 14, 2024 She’s a beauty. Paint and chrome look great. ? 1
redscampi Posted January 14, 2024 Posted January 14, 2024 I really like this model. Very realistic. Is the tilt plate for gas filler access a part of the kit or did you add that? A really nice detail either way. I have a couple of these in my stash I bought years ago. Will have to take a closer look! 1
espo Posted January 14, 2024 Posted January 14, 2024 Beautiful looking paint colors and trim. Remember more than a few with this color combination back when. Great interior trim and like how you added the spark plugs on the engine. 1
Rattlecan Dan Posted January 14, 2024 Posted January 14, 2024 Gorgeous build. The chrome work really sets it off. Excellent job. Thanks for posting. 1
Classicgas Posted January 14, 2024 Posted January 14, 2024 Just beautiful. Don't know why round 2 put the newer releases under the AMT brand. 1

karbuildr Posted January 14, 2024 Posted January 14, 2024 Garry, that is one beautiful 53 Ford. Fabulous choice of two tone colors, excellent interior, superb build all around. 1
Zippi Posted January 14, 2024 Posted January 14, 2024 Boy oh boy, that's some good eye candy right there. I'm liking it. 1
