I want to see the headlight bar situation. I'm building a few 32s and want to get some ideas for the headlight bar. I'll snap some pix and post.... -RRR 1
Dennis Lacy Posted January 19, 2024 Posted January 19, 2024 (edited) It was definitely worth revisiting this project and pushing it through. I was bummed when you boxed it. Turned out really cool. Like others have said the Baskerville inspiration is unmistakably there without being a full-on copy. Nice top! And not to brag (?) but I’ve actually worked on and driven the real deal. Here it is at the shop. ? Edited January 19, 2024 by Dennis Lacy 2

Claude Thibodeau Posted January 19, 2024 Posted January 19, 2024 Hi Sir! Well done, Mr. Baskerville would approve, and drive-away in it! CT 1
XYHARRY Posted January 22, 2024 Posted January 22, 2024 Really nice Deuce, I like the colour matching of the wheels and grill. Well done RRR. Cheers, David. ?? 1

carrucha Posted January 28, 2024 Posted January 28, 2024 Cool hot rod. Nice to a full fendered 1932 Ford roadster. 1
mustang1989 Posted January 29, 2024 Posted January 29, 2024 This really turned out sweet Rodney. I like how you replicated the wheels and tires along with the detailing. I know this one gave you some fits (no pun intended) along the way but you ironed this one out very well. 1
Mr. Metallic Posted April 26, 2024 Posted April 26, 2024 You definitely pulled off the subtly worn daily driver look. Only those that are very familiar with the Revell 32 series can probably tell all the changes you've made, and all to great effect. Well done. 1
ea0863 Posted April 26, 2024 Posted April 26, 2024 Absolutely great build, albeit it needs more dents and dings 1

I was goings to try some subtle heat to the drivers side of the seat to see if I could get it to look like the springs were sagging, but you only get one chance to get it right, so I chicken doubt. -RRR 1

Ragtop Man Posted April 28, 2024 Posted April 28, 2024 Bookmarking this because it is just so right on perfect. All kinds of gotcha!
Bainford Posted April 28, 2024 Posted April 28, 2024 (edited) I don't know how I missed this one, but I'm glad bubbled back to the top. This just about the coolest full-fendered roadster I've ever seen in scale. Man, that thing looks good! And though not a replica, a lovely tribute to Gray's ride. I dig it!
