mikemodeler
He came on the country music scene about the time my wife got me into country music and he was one of the entertainers I enjoyed. Sad to see him pass from such an awful type of cancer but he is at peace and no longer suffering. The band in heaven just got a little better. I stopped watching that farce 20 plus years ago
vamach1
Nothing on the Grammy website yet. Country music lost another star. RIP Toby - he battled cancer with dignity to the end.

Oldriginal86
He had stomach cancer. Not only a great entertainer but more importantly a patriot and fan of our military folks. Will be missed.

HomerS
A local radio statio scrapped all programming and played a tribute to him all day yesterday. Due to overwhelming response, they continued it today.
