shoopdog Posted February 17, 2024 Posted February 17, 2024 Just finished this Hasegawa kit up that my son gave me for my birthday last year. I’m down to four Aoshima kits now that he’s given me. First Hasegawa kit and it sure was a pleasure to build. I wish now I had not used the rear window defroster grid decal, very murky under it, maybe from my dish soap? Body and chassis were molded in orange however I sprayed Tamiya TS-98 Pure Orange over both and clear coated with the TS-13. I ended up brushing black paint inside the body which darkened it up slightly. Thanks for looking and enjoy our great hobby. 14
Yeah Nah Posted February 17, 2024 Posted February 17, 2024 Neat work Keith! Always good to see Japanese cars of this era. 1
Hard_2_Handle_454 Posted February 18, 2024 Posted February 18, 2024 Looks great. Matches the one I did awhile back. It's a great kit. Mine is one of the prides of my collection. 1

They still could be twins!

AMT68 Posted February 19, 2024 Posted February 19, 2024 Looks amazing. And I see I'll have to put Tamiya TS-98 on my shopping list as it's a great looking color. 1

lghtngyello03 Posted February 27, 2024 Posted February 27, 2024 Great looking build! Hasegawa makes some great kits. This was my first dabble into them as well. Such a great little kit, that was put together just as well as any Tamiya kit that I've built. Here is a link to my finished build
