Chuck Most
This one came to life in the Power By Ford Community Build. Basically it is an AMT '53 cab set up on a Lindberg 1997 F150 4x4 chassis. The engine was upgraded to Lightning specs with Revell parts. The bed is made up of Plastruct fencing, Evergreen strip and basswood. The hood ornament is a Miniart 1:35 scale pigeon. Paint is distressed Revell Matt Yellow. Door art was done by hand with a Gundam marker.

Oldriginal86
Nice job! Weathering is spot on. What are the wheels from? They look like Western Bullets or factory Jeep wheels.

There was an "off road" version of the kit with basically these wheels and tires and a rollbar.
Oldriginal86
Thanks. I’ll look for it on the web.
espo
Great looking paint treatment on the body and the flat bed. Like the upgraded chassis and rolling stock. A pigeon on the hood, usually they're making unwanted deposits all over the body.
Street Rod
Really cool truck! 👍 👍
ncbuckeye67
That's yet another example, of the excellent weathering we're used to seeing from you. So realistic! That's a heck of a motor for an old farm truck though. Edited April 9 by ncbuckeye67

Ulf
Great weathering, you have a unique style. The difference (rust) between different panels is spot on.

ybsluos
Chuck I may be way off base, but I’m thinking that being as it is a AMT 53 your “Yellow Cat” graphics are a nod to Budd Andersen. (I probably misspelled his name). In any case an amazing build as usual brother!
Brutalform
Calling this build nice would simply be an understatement. It’s one of the nicest weathered builds I have seen. Looks like a real 1:1 truck. Amazing!
Noah H.
Absolutely superb weathering, and really clever use of a Miniart 1/35 pigeon as a hood ornament. The bumper stickers are a nice touch, too - looks like a 1:1 Ford truck.

I just wanted to incorporate the Kat logo for whatever reason.
