The little details that count

Details for a Massey Furgensson. It's the little details... Weathering done using Citadel earth brown, sponge technique, dust effect by MIG & brown akrylic wash/black oil pin wash. The scale is 1:24.

They look like the real things right down to the exposed metal where the paint has worn off from constant usage. SWEET!

Charles, you could easily make a tutorial about realistic weathering/wear - the result is plastic looking like REAL metal !

Appreciate the confidence. I think there are many tutorials on Youtube, are just as incredible. But a weathering video sounds cool though. :)

These look absolutely fantastic. I am currently looking for a reliable source of good quality 1/24 diorama accessories. Not interested in getting 3D printed stuff that looks like resin coated kitty litter.

These garage tools of yours in 1:24 scale feature a level of detail that goes way beyond anything that I have seen previously . . . You clearly have a good eye for this type of modelling work, and you are able to transform scale plastic models into something extremely realistic.

These must surely be regarded as ' museum ' class pieces Charles . . . or even something higher if there is such a thing  !!!
