Ah yes - did that one too. Both as part of The Lynx Project.

Those are truly amazing. What an incredible job you did with the accuracy. Are those all based on the craftsman kits?

Thank you, Brian. They are both curbsides, of course, but I went as far as I was able to make them accurate.

Yes, they are both based on the old AMT tool, in this case the 2005 Model King reissue.

I don't know which one I'm waiting the most here. I've always been drooling over the Mavericks and Comets of early '70s but I've never had one as the Jo-Han kits usually go for a huge price tag. Seeing Moebius making kits of them means I will definitely need several of them.

But then also the '64 Comet is a must have. We've already seen here several different ideas how one could be built.B)

So when can we see some test shots of the ‘64 Comet??

Well, both Erik Solie and Dave Metzner of Moebius Model participate in this forum and In the past Tim Boyd has done an online build here. And to end there is also Sean Svendsen who does box art for them and build-ups too. So, I'm pretty sure that when they get the approval from Ford, lotsa info will find its way to this forum.

Interesting..if the Comets are successful, maybe they will do more Mercurys... I'd really like to see a '68-69 Cyclone...

Getting this topic back on track with the 72 Maverick.  What versions of the 72 Maverick will we be seeing?  Maverick Grabber or a drag version?  Maybe both?

From what I have heard, it should be both. And given their track record with kits, I would not be that surprised.

Thanks for getting it back on track! (Mildly) sorry for any part I played in that tangent.

On the other hand, the stock version is the one I want the most!  A six cylinder under the hood would be nice, though I don’t have any expectations for one.

I would only be interested in a stock version.  Hopefully it would come with the 6 and the 302.

I sure hope they gonna do the '74-'77 Comets and Mavericks too!

But still very very happy to get the '71-'73s (small bumpers)

Don’t forget the ‘70
