Good looking interior Jim, lreall like those door panels!

Thanks, Carl, here's some more of that. It's almost done but I need to hit some of it with satin clear and decide on the floor treatment.

Here's all the pieces👇

I'm not sure I'm keeping the stock steering wheel but probably will. The console is a combination of a small console from some kit that came with a television set and a telephone, I think. I added some Plastruct tread plate sheet but I shaved off the treads and I'm showing the back side which conveniently looks like diamond tuft upholstery. 🙂. I need to create a panel on the console with some buttons for the electric windows (😉) and door and trunk solenoids.

The interior tub is made to snuggle up to the all-in-one glass module with reliefs for the glass. I won't be using the kit glass so I modified the tub sides with some Evergreen strips to even it out (arrows).

I'm  considering this lavender embossing powder for the floor treatment. WDYT?

Too light? Might be cool, I dunno.

The package shelf might be a good place for some lavender carpeting but I can't decide what to do with it. I'm taking suggestions so don't hold back.

Wow, great progress on the interior!

Thanks, guys, it's weird but kinda colorful.  It's my first time for this; another experiment. I tried flock once but decided it was not for me. The fibers cling to everything. Wifey had this lavender powder she didn't need so....

Um....yeah, I think I still have some PE speaker grilles. But there was no stereo radios back in the '50s so a single speaker might do. What about the carpeting? I suppose I could use another 5 bucks worth of half-round but I got the powder for zip. Hmmmm.....I think that bright lavender seen through the backlight might look better than the white. I dunno. One way to find out 🥴.

How about the styrene tuck-n-roll with some sort of purple accents?

Ooooo.....alternating lavender and white rolls!  Let's see....hmmm....maybe 😏.  Could be a bit of a problem masking.....yeah, this could work 🙂.

That might be too much? I’d just put one or two lavender pleats in two or three places. Just enough to break up the expanse of white? JMO.😎

Now that idea has merit, Greg. I can try some things to see how they fly. Thanks for helping.

This has been one interesting and fun build to follow, just found it and started from the beginning.  You really made this a custom that looks to rolled right out of the day. Thanks for the cruise!

Kind words are always welcome, Sean. Thank you!
