Note the axle brace across the handlebars, the X-braced rear fork and speedometer mounted on the front fork .. this is built for speed, not just show.

I can't imagine that'd be easy to, eh, kick-start? I bet starting that thing would be difficult as that rear tire must be heavy! Plus, I doubt you could turn very sharply either!
