I finished this one up this morning fellows.  This is a 3D printed kit that I printed out in 1/18 scale.  I have it setting next to my 1953 Chevy that is a 1/24 scale for comparison.  Paint is Tamiya Pure Metallic Red and cleared with Splash Paints 2k clear.  This is not period correct as I was just going for a kewl look and add my touches to it.  I added plug wires, water pump, electric fan, and an Acell coil.  I had to jack the radiator up a little so the electric fan was down lower on the radiator.  All the bright work was primed then shot with gloss black and then hit with Rust-Oleum Metallic Finish Chrome.  I did not like the look of the chrome around the windshield so I left it in body color.  Hope you fellows like this one as I had a ball printing it out and assembling it.  Thanks for taking a look fellows.

Great work all around Bob and excellent attention to detail as with all your builds. I never tried the Rust-Oleum chrome but I'll have to pick up a can and try it out for myself.

There's nothing like the Uncertain T! Yours is perfect.

I hope that a 1/24 or 1/25 of this hot rod becomes available in kit form for a mainstream price.

Thanks man.  That would be pretty kewl if they had a re-issue of this kit.

Just WOW Bob! Such nice finish on a 3D print. I am so jealous of your techno-savvy skills :)

Thanks EMRE.  It's not that hard, even a Caveman can do :)

kool build, great work. I've got bits and pieces of an original that I'm trying to complete

Thanks Bill.  Yup, hand on to those pieces because they are pretty costly online.

Lovely model of this iconic show rod.

Interesting timing as the real thing is being restored having been hidden away for many years.

Thanks man.  Yup, I have been reading all about it.
