Peter from Atlantis posted this week that he got a truck trailer full of RM tooling.  He also posted a video if tooling, a large warehouse, full of stuff they have yet to go through. So there is a lot of stuff coming I hope. In case this tooling shows up.....so I offer free box art to Atlantis....IF.....

We can only wish. That series has been on my want list forever. 

I'd suspect they aren't there but you never know, right.

My guess would be more along the lines of stuff Revell had out in the '80s and '90s like the 1/25 3rd gen F-bodies or maybe the Monroe Mustang, formula Sunbird, Monza trio but I guess we won't really know until it's actually announced.

Maybe not even any car kits at all??

When Peter did his talk at IPMS Nationals a couple of years ago he said that the majority of the car tooling was staying in Illinois because there wasn't anywhere locally to get the chrome plating done. So if the kit needed that, it was going to stay in Chicagoland. Everything else was going to eventually wind up on Long Island - and if I remember the post referenced here correctly, it said this was the last truck load to be moved.

Atlantis got more than it's money's worth  it seems. If the last trailer has the tooling for model cars, we can only speculate as what they are but fun nonetheless and exciting.

I lucked out and got a mostly complete Dr. Krook's Medicine Show and a partial Der Guber Wagen, but I'd love to have the complete series.

Atlantis is running the Pepsi Firebird F/C in NY and sending out the chrome tree to a vendor. You can see the videos on Instagram. So watching all his video it seem more like they did not have room in NY for all tooling.....but now they have more room locally. Just reading between Peter's videos. Thanks

Glad they managed to figure out some way to get it done locally, must have been a logistical and cost pain in the rear to have "half" the tooling located halfway across the country when you can run the kits in house otherwise.

Those don't come in those kits, they're the MRC aftermarket 1/24 wheels.

CORRECT!!! The kits wheels and tires are fair at best.....and since most tire molds did not make it from RM to Atlantis.....why not clone these MRC wheel/tires. thanks

Guys....check out the "Classic Kits" column in the latest issue of the all-genres modeling magazine (last page next to the back cover) for a deep dive on the Revell '62 Imperial version of this tooling, as well as how it compares to the AMT/SMP 1962 Imperial kit....TB

It may be a deliberate marketing strategy, but it's difficult to tell whether the background clutter in Atlantis' videos is actually hinting at future releases or in fact just... clutter. 

Despite their shortcomings I'm hoping that we'll get a reissue of the quirky Revell '62 Mopars (and Monogram's Tom Daniel "California Street 'Vette" which was casually hiding in plain sight in another of their videos)

I'd love to see the Street Vette reissues too but I'm thinking the chassis of that kit now lives under their '65 or '78 Vettes.

I'm pretty sure the Tom Daniel 'Vette chassis is now under the '65 body.  The four-door Corvette America chassis got cut down and reused under the Miami Vice faux Ferrari that was used the first couple of seasons on that show.
