Model on this one. I'm going for one in a row. Harry got me last time. I wish I could decipher what the reflection in the wheel is. I'm saying model because of the ripples in the floor in front of the rear wheels. Looks like paper to me.

Something about it says model to me. The fuel filler door (if that's what it is) seems a little thick for a 1:1 car. If it is a model, it's beautifully done. If I had to guess, I'd say it's an early Bugatti prototype or test mule.

Something about the seat back and the overall shininess tells me it's a model. Plus, the radiator looks like it's been detailed with a wash.

Which means I gotcha!!!

It's a MODEL! Specifically, a 1/10 scale model of a 1923 Voisin Laboratoire C6, a strange-looking car that actually ran at LeMans that year. Pretty much all Voisins were weird cars, this one is no exception!
