sjordan2 Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 Something about the way the door doesn't line up with the rear quarter window glass, plus rumpled texture on the floor shadow, tells me this is a model.

You know, Skip, I was going to agree with you that it was a model, but I found one little detail that I will reveal Friday that screams real!! I had to zoom in the pic a lot to see it, but it is a detail I have never seen replicated on a model before.
bsoder Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 I thought the wrinkles gave it away as a model BUTTT..in blowing up the pic I could not find any "flaws" so real......or a really good model
Stang67 Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 It's trying to look like a model but...It's the REAL DEAL!
puddingwrestler Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 Something about the reflections in the paint work just doesn't look right to me, so I'm going model.
Zoom Zoom Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 Chin splitter contour, cornering lamp color, missing side skirt bevel along bottom edge of door, oversized quarter glass trim...easy peasy

Pete J. Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 I'm going for a model on this one. Another of those 1:8 scale beauties that Harry keeps coming up with.
horsepower Posted July 7, 2010 Posted July 7, 2010 (edited) I really don't think that Harry would mess with the photo itself (the car & parts thereof) just to throw us off, so I'm going to say that this one is a model, or those are a real strange brand of tires on this baby.
