curt raitz Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 Take a Revell 5-window coupe, slap in a Pontiac Tempest blown 4-banger from Mickey Thompson's Attempt II, '37 Ford pick up grill & dash from Replicas & Miniatures, paint it MM "Grabber Orange", decals from a '70 Ford Torino GT, home-made "salt wheel discs" and this is what ya can come up with: thanx for lookin'
Raul_Perez Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 Did the elves do this one on the side when you were sleepin'? That is just way too cool, my old friend!!
Bernard Kron Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 Questo modello mi piace molto. Si tratta di un'idea unica che solo è possibile creare. Molto bene amico mio!
Clay Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 Curt, great job as always, I hope to see more of your builds at our meeting. That goes for you too Raul!!!
sobpinstriping Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 this is great, its nice to see a diffrent engine in a hot rod! cheers mat
DRG Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 No, that's what you would wind up with. I would wind up with a five window coupe disaster. I like it, looks good.
David G. Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 Kind of a prehistoric tuner. "Vee-eight? We don't need no stinkin' vee-eight!" A very cool concept, very well done.

Sixties Sam Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 Great build and very unique. The salt on the tires is a nice touch. I like the Tempest 4 cyl. I have one of them in my (very) old parts boxes. Your 32 makes me want to find a use for my old Tempest 4 banger! Sam
bsoder Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 Great looking 'lil rod...love the salt on the tires
slapshot Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 I really like the interior. The seat belts and dash all come together nicely. The wheels are cool & the paint look nice as well.

I'd say keep building '32s until you get really tired of them!! Later,
bigmikevee Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Curt, Agree with everyone else, you knocked this one out of the park, sometimes things really do fall into place, a great looking car, keep building those '32's. Thanks for posting. Mike

charlie8575 Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Very clean build. How hard would it be to make that Tempest 4 a stock engine? One of MCW's wagons is screaming to have that added to it. Charlie Larkin
