tabsscale1 Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 Here is one car I drive but at this time I am redoing it since my daughter wrecked it. Haven't done any modeling since I startedworking on it. Will be painting it tomorrow and hopefully get the ghost plame masked off sometime this week. then paint them and clear the whole car next week. the link has all the pictures of the body work. http://s5.photobucket.com/albums/y184/Tabsscale/Ambers%20car/
charlie8575 Posted November 20, 2010 Posted November 20, 2010 I'm one of the holdouts that still prefer a full-size wagon. At present, I have a 1991 Caprice. 254,000 and change miles. This car isn't much longer for the world, though, as the frame has started to let go, and with the myriad of other repairs it needs, I simply can't keep bailing-wiring and chewing-gumming it back together, so I'm looking for a new car. This was taken a couple months ago at the Wachusett Reservoir in West Boylston, Ma., in the background is The Old Stone Church. When the reservoir was built, most of West Boylston was flooded after being torn down. Some buildings were moved, but the old Baptist Church, seen here, is one of the few surviving buildings built prior to about 1890. Charlie Larkin

novadose71 Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 My daily driver But with gas prices through the roof I'm thinking of buying something economical yanking the motor/trans outta the truck, putting my Vortec heads on it and dropping them into My 71 Nova.....then I can sell the truck body to buy more parts Then I can get it back to this condition.... and I usually ride this CB 750 Hondachopper all summer but am planning a teardown, more frame mods and repaint this summer So I'll ride this until fall

BIG-JIM Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 The wife & I drive twin Impala's Mine is the plain Jane hers is flamed. Hers is an 01 with airbrushed blue tribal's the flames have marbleizer in them & they are out lined in Kameleon all house of kolor paints. Blue reverse glow white faced gauges with all the back lighting deleted. Color matched moldings (front, sides, & rear), & mud guards. Stainless steel duel exhaust from the cat back. Impala SS rear wing, 18" Chrome aluminum "Wired" wheels and a billet TRENZ" grill. We had all the emblems removed & I hand made custom Impala's without the ovals and applied them & finished it off with painting the rear tail lights and limo tint. She loves her car but hates it too. Because she can't go anywhere without someone saying "Hey I saw you at (Insert place here) the other day". She always says she could never sleep around she'd be nailed in a heartbeat...I guess in more ways then one! Believe it of not the kids like driving in my 02 plain Janer because it has a sun roof & leather seats. They like to slide around in the back seat...Kids! Gotta love'm. I like mine better because it has the 3.8 buick motor in it VS her 3.1. Also pictured is my old 33 Chevy 3 window we had but sold it a few years back. Boy do I miss that car.
Junkman Posted April 10, 2011 Posted April 10, 2011 Built this over the winter literally from rubbish others tossed out:
