That is BEAUTIFUL! If the kit wasn't so expensive I would have one. I really love the polished 5-spokes and the color looks just right.

Hard to beat Fuchs alloys on anything from Wolfsburg or Stuttgart. They look great on 356s, busses, 911s, anything. Nice color too. Wish I still had the '58 an idiot girlfriend sold for $50 when I was out of town years ago. She thunk she done good cuz it didn't run............

Sorry...my bad.

Beautiful Ghia presented here. In a previous life I was totally submerged in the VW scene during the late 70's-early 80's, and I agree, Fuchs look GOOD ON ANYTHING!

Was never a fan of the beetle or the Microbus, but I always loved the Ghia. Yours is a real looker. BTW, is that a Rover I see in your avatar?

Hi Guys, thanks for your kind feed back !

Hi Harold, yes its my Rover in the profile pick, Its a 1972 Rover P6 3500 V8 auto, its been my resto project for the last two years,

I need to to start a thread on the 1:1 page with the details but I've repainted the whole car in Cellulose Monza Red, rebuilt top end of the engine, added high volume oil pump, mallory disty, SD1 heads.

Best feature are the 7x15" Cragar 500s Alloy wheels..love em!

Cheers damian

Brilliant! Very clean. Wish I would've grabbed one of these while they were on the shelves. Can't afford the secondary market prices now...
