John Goschke Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 (edited) Great projects, Stan! The '65 wagon looks very authentic. Is that last one a Holden? How about a '36 for 3/6? AMT '36 Ford roadster with door length corrected and a much-modified chopped top and windshield. Scratched skirts. This one's been packed away for a bit. Edited March 6, 2014 by John Goschke 1

bobthehobbyguy Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 That is really cool. What color are you planning to use?
Ron Hamilton Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 My dad had a '72 and a '74 Mark IV, while my uncle had a '72. I would love to have one of those to convert into my Dad's '74, which I drove to the prom.
customsrus Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 (edited) Now this is my kinda build, cool and different, I may have to build one. What color are you going to paint this. Black? Edited March 7, 2014 by customsrus
customsrus Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 Hey Psychographic I built a coupe out of the Futura years ago but I used the top, chassis and engine from a Studebaker. I used a 53 corvette for the interior. Mine looks old school compared to your more modern custom look. Here is a couple of pictures of it.. And before anyone says anything I know its not in primer. LOL
dino246gt Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 Here's my 'chopped '41 coupe in progress, of course, it's the Revell '48, with the AMT '41 Woody nose grafted on. Cheers!
blunc Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 I like this, it's outrageous and over the top! It's kinda like an SS version of the Batmobile.
Lunajammer Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 @ Psychographic @ customsrus These are absolutely inspired and exciting. The T-bird bumper/grill... brilliant. Such different and targeted looks to the same general idea.
1 bad55 stan Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 Here's my 'chopped '41 coupe in progress, of course, it's the Revell '48, with the AMT '41 Woody nose grafted on. Cheers! I like this very cool..
dino246gt Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 I cannot post pictures other than thumbnails which nobody really likes. I've watched the video over and over but it just doesn't work. I've tried for months, but no can do, any help?
Darren B Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 some primer shots of my 1941 chevy pickup build "hell train" I did a few years back....
Brianl Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 OK My turn Some awesome ideas have been posted. So much talent & its always interesting how good stuff looks in primer... Keep 'em coming. '32 V12 Track Nose Corvette Streamliner Daytona Racer with turbine power Shelby Daytona Coupe & it's white primer!
W-409 Posted July 29, 2014 Posted July 29, 2014 Here's mine. '60 Plymouth Fury Mild Custom that is coming together slowly. I should try painting Alclad next to get the bumpers and grille painted so I could continue. Now it's already in color.
