1959scudetto Posted Thursday at 01:02 PM Posted Thursday at 01:02 PM (edited) Another SWB for the stash (the 5th one): front and rear panel have already been glued to the body, otherwise unstarted. But who cares, when you pay € 9,00 for it (4 incomplete trees from an Italeri Daytona Racing kit are additionally in the box) ? Edited Thursday at 03:38 PM by 1959scudetto 6

Straightliner59 Posted Friday at 05:59 AM Posted Friday at 05:59 AM My Dad bought one of these, when I was seven or eight years old. It was Navy surplus. 3
dave branson Posted Friday at 02:59 PM Posted Friday at 02:59 PM I was not expecting this today. Not something I normally buy the box art totally sold me on this kit, has lots of nice options. 3

It's the SuperSnap (SnapTite) version of the Lindberg 1/20 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which was a simplified promo version of the glue kit. Those were dealer promotional giveaway items. 1

FoMoCo66 Posted yesterday at 01:55 AM Posted yesterday at 01:55 AM Got this 60 falcon annual at the Goodguys Southwest Nationals show. Offered $20 bucks and thought I would get shooed away but he sold it to me no hesitation. Should have offered less 😁. Not bad starting material, I think I see a gasser in this one's future. 5
blue303 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago I was really surprised to run across the Freightliner truck kit at Hobby Lobby. First time seeing one there. I have been looking for one cheap for a little while to go with the Revell auto hauler trailer build that I have planned. 5
WillyBilly Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago The correct decals from Mike's decals to go with this kit. The original kit was David Pearson, but these decals allow for the AJ Foyt Dayton 500 winner. 4
1930fordpickup Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Not what did I get today, but what I avoided today. A very large auction with what looked like over a 1000 kits. I was told of this yesterday afternoon so I didn't have time to share it on here. I feel like the person that stands up and said I didn't drink today. 1 2
meechum68 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Those are some really great finds! I got a fun surprise today, I have another forum I am active on, and been doing a build post there, like I have here. Well I had ran into a stoppage on progress with the engine because Tamiya didn't make paint close enough to Pontiac Engine blue, well one of the mods there said he had a jar of Model Masters Pontiac Engine Blue paint. I offered to buy it from him, well he said no, and offered to send it to me. Today I got the package from him, and not only was it the Pontiac Blue, but it was a few other engine colors as well, so Brent if your here, thank you again! Also snagged some nailpolish beads for mixing, and gonna start dropping them in my paints. 4
