Great find, where in South Carolina are you located?

In Upstate SC, near Clemson University. If you're ever in the neighborhood, that Flea Market is in Pickens, SC. It's only held on Wednesday, which is sort of strange. Most people around here are working on Wed.  (I'm a retired geezer.)  I think they're also trying to open on Tuesdays as well.

There's an even bigger flea market every weekend in Anderson, SC, called the Jockey Lot. It has been operating for probably 40 years. It's huge.

Now that's a Well bought trio!

What that dude said.  Gotta love a planner.

Today I got a couple of goodies too.....

#1 Airfix's McLaren P1

And cause its a little snapper I put it together in all of 5mins just to get a good look at it...

I'll disassemble it and attach some of the body parts together to try and make it a one or two piece body before primer and paint. But all in all, a very nicely detailed little kit. The wheels and tires will go in and be replaced with ones from the Motormax diecast which I just ordered. As well the interior is pretty weak, tho hard to see through the tinted glass, but that too will get robbed out of the Motormax diecast.

Also, just arrived, my second and not last purchase from Joesph of Fireball Modelworks. Another set of his beautiful KMC wheels, as well as a pair of spares for one build and just to get a look at them, a set of the Method wheels w/Goodyear rubber as well.

Lots of supplies to keep me building into the winter......I've been shopping far too much this year.......please, someone tackle me.................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A recent acquisition. It's like it's frozen in time, perfectly preserved. The original sales receipt was still in the box; purchase 5/6/61 for $1.41!

Here's one I've been after for a while, but never seemed to get around to actually buying. I may get a couple more eventually, not real sure at this point.

Picked up an AMT Lil Hot Dogger at Hobby Lobby since they, and a few other kits, are on clearance sale!

Also, the Michael's I shop at still has the same kits from a couple of years ago, but, they have Starsky and Hutch Torinos, so I used my 50% off coupon and bought another one!!

Got these at a thrift store/boutique, all still sealed, roof on one of the blazers was crushed. They'e jammed in there tighter than that old jar of pickles game. Do you think $5 each was a good deal?

A trip to HL yesterday yielded this, purchased for me by a friend as payment for a favor rendered. I'm not real keen (at all) on fender-less cars, but the kit may yield some valuable parts for other stuff.

Been on a bit of a Corvette promo/snapper jag lately. Decided to build a representative "collection" of generations and colors.

I'm in good shape on C2s and C3s, and even have a couple C4s. Yesterday I bought (with coupon) a Revell 2014 Corvette snapper in yellow.

And I just now scored a three-promo Vette set on eBay for $28--including shipping.

I'll have hours of fun polishing and paint-detailing these.

(Only readily available/affordable C1 I'm aware of is the AMT '53 snapper. Found my copy in the Snakepit and that's going in the build rotation right after I finish these two '63s and a '70.)

Seems like an excellent deal to me if it is missing just one tire.

Yeah, I would say it was a pretty good deal.

If it's complete, you pretty much stole it!! ;)

Mail man dropped these off this afternoon. 2 very clean builtup Challengers. A complete - uncut UN-altered 70 and a clean 71 ( its had the funky rear spoiler glued to it so the deck lid will need some work. Paid less for the 2  than either one usually sells for and I got the trailer (unbuilt) and the decent 70 box

SCORE !!!!!!
