That's truly lovely! I can see why people think the rear quarter treatment is better than the '55 model. Apart from the body fins, new rear lights and, I guess non-chromed headlight buckets, are there any other differences with the earlier kit? And I'd love to know if the body is an all-new tool or some super-clever sectional tool where you can swap out the alternative back ends to get either model...

Great work!

Well that is a beauty! Very nicely done Chrysler, and it looks like the Moebius Models kit will be an excellent one as always. Nice paint and BMF work, and your photography is top notch, as usual. This is yet another Must Have kit, though I haven't bought the '55 Chrysler's Stock Version yet either...

Oh. My!!!!!!!

That is a beautiful build Sean. I see why Moebius uses you as the go to guy for box art models. One of these days, I will have one of those to go with my other unfinished 300 projects.

The plan is once I get the '56, I will mock that one up for fit, let paint fly, and have a Chrysler 300 Build-a-thon.

Is the CHRYSLER lettering on the hood and the rear fenders a decal?

It's a decal on my model. It's engraved on the production kits but there is a decal included so you have a choice of either.

I actually found on a couple of other cars that supplied both decal/engraved scripts that using them together looks really good overall, so I tend to do that. Saves me from having to attempt to foil them, too.

Sean- very nice work on that.
