cruz Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 This is a little something I threw together for a club member. Paint is Valspar automotive Rally Red and Testor's Wet Look clear. Kit is completely out of box with the wiring of the engine being the only extras. Tke kid had a lot of warpage issues all througout but I managed to straighten it out pretty good. All in all, I think it looks pretty good. Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki
1930fordpickup Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Sharp Mustang. That takes me back to the stock ones running around.
TooOld Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 I've never been a Fox body fan but that sure is a pretty model ! Nice work .
Danno Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Beautiful! Attn: Mike Schnur ~ you gotta see this one.
bogger44 Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Very sharp build. That paint sure has some shine to it, nice!
lotno249 Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Wow, great job on this one for sure. I think it turned out great. Dj
kelson Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 For something that was thrown together it looks pretty nice!
Belugawrx Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Nice That is exactly how I like the chassis to look!!!! Nice work on that, slightly used... not showroom Cheers
jefropas Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Owned one almost exactly like this in 84, with a white top though, great build! Jeff
Ford guy Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Nice build Marcos. Your details look great. That's one sweet looking Mustang. I remember the first time I rode in a "brand new" 1983 5.0 Mustang, after that I was hooked on Fox bodied Mustangs, I still own two. Again, great build Marcos!
Terminator-Fox Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 Awesome build. Only thing I would do is either cut out the center or paint them black in the headrests as they were open in the middle on the real car.
Sixties Sam Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 Excellent work on this Mustang! It looks very real! Great finish and details! Sam
MyBradKeselowski Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 Outstanding ! ! ! Absolutely flawless...
charlie8575 Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 I wish my "threw together" models looked that good. Charlie Larkin
Maindrian Pace Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 Beautiful job, the nicest, (and possibly only) one of these I've seen built. It's nice to see the pinstripe detail in the bumper/side trim, a detail usually overlooked on early Foxes. -MJS
