This was in Valparaiso, Indiana - but we were in NYC before.  Never saw one of these little trucks in New York before!

I want one! ?

There all over New York State..... not uncommon as you think they are.

This just got off the boat. Maybe not that unusual in the US, but in Orkney this is very unusual and makes a nice change from the fairly large number of new mustangs and ranger pick ups. sorry pfor the poor pic

Technically didn’t see these today - took me a few days to get around to uploading them...a few from the local Labor Day parade.

There’s way too many to clog up the forum with, so there’s a bunch more pics here for people into old Fords, fire trucks, rat rods, hot rods and 60s sedans...

Nice rail buggy on this sunny day in the hills of Northern Kentucky.

On Route 33 near Hightstown NJ, I pass this place going to my daughter’s house. Normally we are running late, but yesterday I stopped for some pix.

This morning on my way to work. Why in God's name would you do this to a perfectly nice Ford Mustang GT? And what's up with the "security" badge on the trunk face? I'll  never understand why idiots do this.

To slow with the camera today, but I was on my way up to LAX on the 405 and was passed by two cars going at speed.  A black Maserati coupe being chased by a white McLaren 570.  Even going the same way, these cars at speed, don't stay in sight for very long.?

Related, my mind is blown at the concept of cars-at speed-on the 405.  In my previous life I-405 was my "local neighborhood street".  Speeding was anything above 35 mph.  Guess things may have changed.

Saturday I saw a "Mack" pickup on the freeway.  It looked like a scaled down 50s Mack tractor.

Sort of like this (the one I saw was red and a bit smaller):

The traffic patterns on the 405 have change dramatically since the lock down.  Before covid it was a rolling parking lot most of the time, which is what I expect you remember.  Now it is pretty much smooth sailing the length of it, unless there is a really bad accident.  This was also on Sunday so the traffic was a little lighter, but these cars were ducking and dodging.  A but unnerving to watch.  I expected to see parts and carbon fiber flying when they got out of sight.   One other interesting fact, tickets on the 405 for speeds over 100 are really going through the roof.  People with expensive cars are not necessarily smart.

It has become clear that intelligence and wealth are not interconnected among certain types.  Back on topic: one of the employees at my local hardware store is driving a car I've not seen in years, a Chevy Vega. Its a bit rough but still mobile.  Next time I go I'll try to grab a picture.

Something I don't think I've ever seen before:

Had a '65-ish Mustang following me the other day when I was driving one of my old Datsuns. Wouldn't have been so unusual for the weekend, but this was in the day, midweek.

Also a couple of Jaguars:

The XJ6 has been well cared for by the look of it.
