Not me, but it looks like it might be a good parts car for somebody? Looks like the bumpers, wheels, lights, and some of the trim look intact. $23 with shipping seems steep to me, but I don't follow promos and have no idea what this thing would be worth in good condition.

If this is a realistic price then $23 to restore a damaged promo seems pretty fair.

A. Parts car for everything but the body.

B. Paint it mud and rust and make a diorama of a car that's been underwater for several decades, like the '52 Chevy and '69 Camaro that were found in Foss Lake in Oklahoma (along with the remains of the people in them) not long ago:

What a mess ! Maybe someone wanting to build a junk yard diorama ?

Yeah, maybe "Junkyard" Manny Solano could do something with it since he likes twisted hulks of cars.

eBay has some ridiculous prices in there lately. A recently released california hauler for over $120.

Just a start. But plenty of other stuff on there way over priced.

That was in Aussie dollars too. When that kit in the US costs around $30 to $40 depending on seller, that Aussie price is still way overpriced.

"A Very RARE Dealer Promo of the 1951 Pontiac Silver Streak 4 Door Sedan by AMT."

Ok odd promo, but must have been diff back in its day.

"This model is very warped and Very Brittle (type of plastic used). Friction motor is missing."

Yea, to say the least.

"We have never seen any other of this model."

Umm... junkyard dioramas?

"We will take extra care in packing this for you but cannot guarantee that any more pieces may come off in transit."

Thank god for the disclaimer, I was worried.

I copied the link from my eBay. It's from the USA. Maybe they hope they'll trap someone.
