  1. Thanks! Hope to get back on it this week. I guess I should finish one before starting on 3 more!
  2. Can't wait to see where you mount the promod wing!
  3. Good looking truck. Don't wait so long on another one!
  4. Nice project, how many kits were sacrificed for wheels and tires? Seems to be a whole lot of em!
  5. Nice project! Nice change of pace from the promods. Something a sportsman racer can relate to!
  6. A big thanks Mark! I was declared disabled in 2008 due to congestive heart failure. Have had two bypass surgeries, a pace maker, and back surgery since 2006. I died 3 times on the oper. table in 08 and spent 3 wks in a coma. Luckily, I survived all of that! Doctors told me to go home and get on the couch. NOT! I'm lucky enough to still get out and do things and know all to well how long I would last with nothing to do. So once again, thank you for giving these people a purpose in life! Larry.
  7. I was going to suggest the divco.org site. They have a divco library on parts, publications , etc.
  8. This bed looks good from what I can tell. A few I have seen have been based off the blazer panels, which are too short behind the wheel opening. Would be real interested in this one.
  9. Good looking truck, paint is beautiful! Owned a bright red '55, wish I had it back.
  10. Not my usual thing, built this for a buddy of mine to match his 1:1. Based off the california custom truck. Rails & step bars are 1/16th tig welding wire. Color is PPG indigo blue.
  11. I think it is time to put this one on the shelf and forget it! on with another project.
  12. Welcome aboard! Nice ride, always liked the 36-39 coupes.
  13. Very deserving car to be on the cover of any magazine. Beautiful!
  14. Seen a guy pouring 114 race fuel in a vega bracket car one time. Static electricity set off an explosion, second degree burns and burned the car to the ground! By all means BE CAREFUL!
  15. Nice Job! Does look like all those heavy pulls bent the frame a little!
  16. Odd, I was wondering last night about T.J. (artemis). Have'nt seen or read anything out of him in 2 or 3 weeks.
  17. Simply put, the sedan delivery is based on the car chassis/ sheet metal and the panel is based on the pickup/ suburban chassis/sheet metal.
  18. Google or bing image search "gin pole trucks" Whole lotta pictures.
