Hotrod 97 Posted March 30, 2020 Posted March 30, 2020 (edited) Well, here it is. I finally got it done. I used the Revell Hot Rod Mach 1 kit for the base, and used the hood, front fascia assembly, and wheels from the Revell Boss 302 kit. Paint is Testors Arctic Blue Metallic over gray primer. I had to cut a hole in the 302 hood for the CJ Shaker scoop. Apparently, I didn't cut it big enough, which is why the hood won't sit flush. Aside from that, it built up pretty nicely. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with how it turned out. It’s not perfect, but it’s certainly not my worst work. Partial build thread here. vamach1 Posted March 30, 2020 Posted March 30, 2020 Very nice build. One of many many Mustang kits I have yet to finish but I have painted a few bodies.
Bills72sj Posted March 31, 2020 Posted March 31, 2020 Pretty color on my favorite year Mustang. Great job.
NOBLNG Posted March 31, 2020 Posted March 31, 2020 Very nice job. I agree, that colour looks spectacular on it!
FordRodnKustom Posted March 31, 2020 Posted March 31, 2020 Nice work. The blue color and the Magnums look great on it.
