Chuck Most
This started with the 66 Flareside kit. The cab and chassis were lengthened using sections spliced from a second kit. The wheels and fifth wheel are from Scenes Unlimited. The tailgate was made from plastic strip and mesh screen, and the bumper is a modified Moebius part. The bed was littered with junk and the whole mess was lightly weathered. Paint is Krylon Chalky Scarlet and Colonial Ivory.

leafsprings
Very impressive work! The 4 door cab is spot on to the factory units first offered in '65. 8 lug steelies are a great choice. Looks like a ex railroad truck finding a new niche in life.

Steamboat
Wow! That's gorgeous! It looks like you could jump right in and drive it - if it would start!

Lunajammer
Well that's something you don't see every day. I really like this. Not enough middle weight trucks. Reminds me of the railroad trucks I saw as a kid.

AmericanMuscleFan
That's a real nice job Sir! Perfect weathering job. I had never seen a 4 doors FORD cab of this era before and I must admit that's very cool.  This is to be confused with a real one!!!
